Doccliniq provides digital healthcare consultation services. No physical products are shipped through the platform.
Consultation services are delivered electronically through video consultation, audio consultation, chat consultation, and digital prescriptions and medical advice where clinically appropriate.
Service delivery
- Appointment confirmations are sent via email, SMS, or in-app notifications
- Consultation access is provided through the platform at the scheduled time
- Prescriptions and medical documents may be shared digitally after consultation
- Delivery timelines depend on doctor availability and successful payment confirmation through Cashfree Payment Gateway
- No courier or postal delivery is used; there are no shipping charges or refundable shipping fees
