- Returns / replacements: Not applicable — no physical products are sold. Eligible service issues can be raised within 15 days (see Refund Policy).

1. Scope
Doccliniq provides online medical consultation services only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Traditional product returns (unused items, original packaging, etc.) do not apply.
2. Service issues
If you are dissatisfied with a consultation or experience a technical problem, contact us at Contact emailrushilventures@gmail.com within 15 days of the appointment or payment. Eligible cases are handled under our refund and cancellation policy, not as product returns.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of physical products. Consultation cancellations and refunds are handled as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
